What happens if I fail the evaluation? Can I reset?
If you breach the trailing drawdown the evaluation ends. You can buy a reset (upto a maximum of 3) to restart the same evaluation at its starting balance: $60 on 25K, $100 on 50K, and $165 on 100K.
Is there an activation fee when I pass?
No. There is no activation fee to move from a passed evaluation to your funded account.
Can my account be closed for inactivity?
Yes. An evaluation account that is breached and not reset, or otherwise inactive, is removed after 30 days. Inactive means the account was traded less than 10 trading days in a month
What is your refund policy?
No, we do not offer refunds – all purchases are final
