### **What happens if I fail the evaluation? Can I reset?**

If you breach the trailing drawdown the evaluation ends. You can buy a reset (upto a maximum of 3) to restart the same evaluation at its starting balance: $60 on 25K, $100 on 50K, and $165 on 100K.

### **Is there an activation fee when I pass?**

No. There is no activation fee to move from a passed evaluation to your funded account.

### **Can my account be closed for inactivity?**

Yes. An evaluation account that is breached and not reset, or otherwise inactive, is removed after 30 days. Inactive means the account was traded less than 10 trading days in a month

### **What is your refund policy?**

No, we do not offer refunds - all purchases are final
