What platform do I trade on?
Accounts run on the Volumetrica platform. Supported front-ends are Deepcharts, SATAS, and Quantower.
What can I trade?
You can trade CME Group futures across equity indices, energy, metals, FX, agriculture, interest rates and crypto. Commissions run from $0.50 per side on micros up to $5 on Bitcoin. The full approved symbols and commissions list is below.
Can I trade through the news, scalp, or use automation?
Yes. News trading is allowed on all accounts, including during major releases such as NFP, FOMC and CPI. Scalping is permitted, provided trades are taken in good faith and do not attempt to manipulate fill logic. Automated strategies, expert advisors and trade copiers are allowed, and you are responsible for any software errors or unintended outcomes. The following are prohibited: high-frequency trading (HFT); micro-scalping (where more than 50% of your profit comes from trades held five seconds or less); hedging the same instrument across multiple accounts, users or firms; latency arbitrage; and exploiting simulated fill mechanics or platform errors.
Is there a time of day I must close positions?
Yes. Accounts are intraday only – all positions must be closed by 4:45 PM EST each trading day, and overnight positions are not permitted.
Who can open an account?
You must be at least 18 years old. We cannot accept traders who are citizens or residents of certain restricted countries (SEE: Restricted Countries List) — this applies whether you are a citizen of a restricted country resident elsewhere, a resident of a restricted country who is a citizen elsewhere, or someone visiting and predominantly trading from a restricted country. These restrictions come from our US clearing firm and broker and are outside our control. Identity verification (KYC and AML) is carried out when you request your first payout: you will be asked for a government-issued ID and a bank statement or utility bill as proof of address. If you cannot provide these or fail the checks, the funded account cannot proceed and you will not be eligible for a refund.
How are payouts paid, and how long do they take?
Payouts are requested from your dashboard and processed through Rise, our payout provider. You complete KYC with Rise at your first payout request, and funds are sent to your Rise wallet. Typical processing time is 2 business days
