Refund Policy:

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Astrofund Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “Astrofund” refers to Astrofund LLC, including its website, products, services, and trading challenges.

• “Affiliate” refers to an approved participant in the Affiliate Program.

• “Referral” refers to a customer who signs up using an Affiliate’s unique tracking link.

• “Qualified Purchase” refers to a completed, non-refunded purchase that complies with these Terms.

• “Commission” refers to the referral fee paid to an Affiliate for Qualified Purchases.

2. Affiliate Eligibility & Approval

• Participation is subject to Astrofund’s approval.

• Astrofund reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Astrofund may not participate unless explicitly approved.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn commissions only on Qualified Purchases made through their unique referral link.

• Commission rates, payout schedules, and eligible products are defined within the Affiliate Dashboard and may change at any time.

• No commissions are paid on:

  • Refunded purchases within 30 days (the refund period)

  • Chargebacks or disputes

  • Self-referrals

  • Purchases made using the Affiliate’s own account or payment method

Astrofund reserves the right to withhold commissions if fraud or abuse is suspected.

4. Payouts

• Commissions are paid only after the applicable 30 day refund holding period has elapsed (to account for refunds and chargebacks).

• Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

• Payments are issued via the payout method selected by Astrofund.

• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.

• Astrofund is not responsible for failed payouts due to incorrect affiliate information.

5. Marketing & Promotion Rules

Affiliates may:

• Share referral links on websites, social media, YouTube, Discord, or email lists they own.

• Create original content such as reviews, tutorials, or commentary.

Affiliates may NOT:

• Use paid ads bidding on “Astrofund” or branded keywords without written permission.

• Impersonate Astrofund or present themselves as employees or partners.

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated income claims.

• Guarantee profits, payouts, or trading success.

• Use spam, bots, fake accounts, or misleading redirects.

• Promote Astrofund on coupon sites unless explicitly approved.

Astrofund may request removal or modification of promotional content at any time.

6. Compliance & Disclaimers

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines).

All promotions must acknowledge that:

• Trading involves risk

• Past performance does not guarantee future results

• Astrofund provides simulated funded accounts, not investment advice

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

• Astrofund grants Affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved branding assets.

• Affiliates may not modify logos or represent Astrofund in a misleading manner.

• All intellectual property remains the sole property of Astrofund.

8. Termination

Astrofund may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraudulent or abusive behavior

• Harm to Astrofund’s reputation or operations

Upon termination:

• All licenses immediately cease

• Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations occurred

9. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

Astrofund is not liable for:

• Lost commissions

• Tracking errors

• System outages

• Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed commissions paid to the Affiliate in the prior 30 days.

11. Modifications

Astrofund may update these Terms at any time.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
